Abe's first communication reminded of the adage, "Well begun is already half done." When I called to ask him about gutter cleaning services, he told me he was pulling over to enter my contact info into his CRM (customer relationship management system) and I was impressed. I began receiving texts and emails reminding me that he was coming to my house to bid the project. That was in contrast with the call I had also made that morning to a tree trimmer who never showed up as scheduled. Abe is exceptionally professional and pleasant. As you would expect from a contractor who uses a CRM, he shows up when he says he will; he sends the bid when he says he will; and he completes the work when he says he will. Because the debris in my gutters was impossible for me to see without climbing a ladder, Abe and his helper took before-and-after pictures to prove their performance of the task. I wish all contractors were like Abe.
